1. General Policy: No Refunds for Delivered Digital Goods
Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods and the immediate accessibility granted upon purchase, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following products:

- Digital photography and stock images

- Software, presets, and plug-ins
Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link or file has been made available to you (the customer), you have been granted access to the product, and therefore, a refund will not be issued.
2. Exceptions (Defective or Incorrect Product)
We stand by the quality of our products. A refund or replacement will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:
- A. Defective File: If the digital file is corrupted, unreadable, or genuinely fails to open or download correctly.
- B. Incorrect Product Delivered: If the product received is demonstrably different from the product description and the item purchased (e.g., you bought a photo pack but received a music file).
Procedure for Exceptions:

- Your email must include:

- A detailed description of the issue.
- Any relevant screenshots or evidence demonstrating the defect or error.

- If a working replacement cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Situations

.PSD file with a program other than Photoshop). It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product description for file formats and compatibility requirements before purchase.

- D. Customer Mistakes: The customer purchased the wrong product or entered an incorrect email address.
- Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
4. Processing Refunds (If Applicable)
